The Progression

A chronicle of Breegarra's court, written from a world that was actually played.

[BHB] The Progression — canon timeline

This file is raw material for The Progression, the story of Breegarra and her court on Bree’s Hot Box (BHB), and on its local mirror Bree’s Bower of Bliss (BBB) from 2026-09-17. It records what happened in the world: who arrived, who was named, who died and came back, what was built, and where.

The rule: facts only; fiction lives elsewhere; every line has a date and a source. Nothing here is invented. Where two records disagree, both are given. Where the records are silent, the silence is listed in Part 5 rather than filled. The character sheets carry short bios that their own index calls “invented flavour”; none of that flavour is used here.

Scope is [BHB] only. The guild server (40PAG) is a separate adventure and appears once, as the prologue the BHB characters were ported from.

How to read a line. - **who** — what happened. *(source)* [category]. Dates are the records’ own. The owner plays in US Central time and many logs are in UTC, so an evening event can carry two dates; where that matters, both are given. Source shorthand: thralls/x.md means docs/bhb/characters/thralls/x.md, animals/x.md means docs/bhb/characters/animals/x.md, ledger 2026-09-19 means the chronicle collector’s D:\ConanLocal\chronicle\ledger\2026-09-19.jsonl (outside the repository; see README.md), and a bare hash is a commit in this repository. The category [gear] also covers levels, perks and growth; [meta] marks a real-world server event the story can render as an omen or skip.

Part 4 — Relationships on record

Only what the records state. Nothing here is inferred.

Who serves under whom

Observed together (chronicle collector, 2026-09-19)

These are co-location readings from the world save, taken every five minutes. They are not stated relationships.

Part 5 — Gaps

What the story will need and the records do not say.

  1. Breegarra herself. Her origin, homeland, race, starting religion, why she came to the Exiled Lands, and how she came to be a level-60 sorcerer on arrival. The premise says only “newly arrived, but arriving with substantial skills”. Her appearance was “designed fresh” and is not described.
  2. How the first companions came to her. Liana, Tycho and Luba were admin-spawned in the port; the records give no in-world meeting. The same holds for the four station thralls of 2026-08-22, Stoker Bram, Freydis and the second Gal.
  3. Unrecorded arrivals. Touras (and whether he is from a purge at all), Achish, Nessa, Bram Temperwright, Tanith Rose, Ilyra, Nyala, Sekhet, Jelme, Halvar, Adisa, Sadeh, Jabari, Thalis and Bragoras (captured, but not where), Merram, and the Headhunter competition itself: when, where and against whom.
  4. The four Threat VI purges. Only their totals are recorded, not their dates or order.
  5. Liana’s second return on 2026-09-09. The records show her lost after the second attempt and present again before the third, with no separate account. The next restore is numbered the third, which implies a second.
  6. The rolled-back days. Twice (2026-09-08 and 2026-09-09) the world was restored to before a purge, and once a won Threat VIII was erased. The records do not say how the fiction should treat events that happened and then un-happened.
  7. The 2026-09-14 purge. It is not written up: no threat level, no account of the fight, no losses. Only its three captives are recorded.
  8. The captives of 2026-09-08. The Carpenter III, the third barkeeper and the returning Blacksmith III cannot be matched to named thralls. The fifth prisoner, who wandered off, was never found.
  9. The Lumberjack who died. No name, no origin, no manner of death.
  10. Vesper’s death. “Died in the field on the northern meat run”: what killed her is not recorded.
  11. What happened to the Greater Rhinoceros, Isabella the horse, and the first Gal Greenhammer.
  12. Why the Unnamed City outpost is called Dragonwatch. The name first appears on 2026-09-13 with no stated reason.
  13. Sadeh’s name. She was named and posted but reads nameless in the 2026-09-18 save; whether she is still at Dragonwatch under her name is unconfirmed.
  14. Ivga at Rimehold. She was recalled from Rimehold on 2026-09-17 but observed there on 2026-09-19.
  15. The Noob Inn. Whether it was ever stocked, and whether anyone has used it.
  16. Other people in the world. The roster lists one likely player and a stranger, a traveller, who made a character on 2026-09-18. Nothing more is known of either.
  17. The Progress itself. The court has not yet travelled as a progress. Corvin has not been sent ahead to set up a new house, no journey by carriage is recorded, and the Lodge and a fourth or fifth seat are unbuilt.
  18. Relationships among the thralls. Beyond the titles and pairings in Part 4, and the co-location readings, the records state no feelings, rivalries or loyalties between any two souls.
  19. Breegarra’s inner life, and the fate of her deaths. The records count her deaths but not what they mean in the world, beyond respawning at a bed or bedroll.
